Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing for flexibility while being integrated into our school-based services. The LCSW will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams collectively focusing on child development and family engagement, utilizing evidence-based practices in educational settings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children to understand their developmental needs.

• Collaborate with families and educational teams to participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Regularly monitor and assess outcomes, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal child growth and learning.
\n
• Provide thorough emotional support and guidance to families, equipping them with tools and resources to promote their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to deliver impactful interventions.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practices in educational settings.

• Create a supportive and constructive rapport with children, families, and educational staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This LCSW role primarily focuses on young children, including babies and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. The goal is to enhance their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills through proactive and individualized support. By addressing the unique needs of each child, you will contribute to improving long-term outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to visit clients in various locations if needed.

• Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and communication proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
