Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implement techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to aid in clients' recovery.

• Develop and enforce individualized treatment plans, which include setting specific, measurable goals and suitable interventions.

• Participate in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and facilitate support groups to foster community and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with clients facing significant emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illnesses while also providing support to their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
