Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with the schools you serve. You will collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals remotely, ensuring that students receive seamless mental health support. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to students dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

  Develop customized treatment plans that consider the unique cultural and situational contexts of each student, employing strategies that are both evidence-based and tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support students from varying backgrounds who present with a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is strictly required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
