Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clinical team remains closely connected. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of assigned clients, including assessments and individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments as needed to inform care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that align with each client’s therapeutic needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with educators and school staff to ensure that mental health support is integrated into the educational framework.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students facing acute challenges.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategies, and resources for better client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
