Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs of students and their families.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions, actively involving clients in their care.

• Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and best practice.

• Lead group therapy, psychoeducation sessions, and support groups to strengthen community and peer support among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
