Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health concerns, developing personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress, employing electronic health record systems to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Connect clients with relevant services and resources, including academic support and community programs, to enhance their quality of life and educational outcomes.

• Engage collaboratively with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and academic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused techniques to facilitate clients’ progress toward their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support students in K-12 educational settings who may be facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, or other mental health issues. You will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families, adapting services to meet diverse needs and ensuring cultural competency in all interactions. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and facilitating access to tools that promote students’ academic and personal success.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
