Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing various conditions through effective clinical interviews and standardized tools.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, or other evidence-based practices tailored to each student's unique situation.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all sessions, evaluations, treatment plans, and case notes following our established guidelines and compliance standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize on interventions that bridge mental health and educational needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
