Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources for support.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals, interventions, and evaluation methods tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop comprehensive safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions to promote mental wellness within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
