This is a remote position that requires you to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other mental health professionals. In this setting, you will primarily use telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that students receive consistent and accessible support wherever they are.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, school staff, and parents to create a cohesive and coordinated care plan for each student.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure client well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to build community among students struggling with similar challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure accountability and best practice.

The primary focus of your work will involve students facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
