Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and children, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities.

• Connect clients with local resources, including educational, housing, and community services to enhance their support network.

• Perform ongoing case management and monitor client progress through adjusted treatment strategies.

• Act as a liaison with the Utilization Review Department to ensure proper authorization and facilitate payment processes.

• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and support school-based initiatives.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all facility and licensing standards while documenting services in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide peer support and mentorship to fellow clinicians as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on children and adolescents, as well as their families, within the school system. You will work with a diverse client population that includes students exhibiting emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate personal distress, improve coping mechanisms, and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• Proficient in time management, with the ability to complete documentation and reports accurately and on schedule.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
