Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments for students exhibiting symptoms of mental illness or severe emotional disorders, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual’s needs.

• Carry a manageable caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with school staff and community resources to develop comprehensive, integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and supports.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings and assessments, and arrange for more detailed evaluations when indicated.

• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts when required, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.
\n
• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and the completion of reports, in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings to promote best practices and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Monitor and report on client progress, outcomes, and any pertinent changes in treatment needs.

• Remain available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing therapeutic services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
