This full-time position allows you the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with a skilled team in a community health clinic setting. You will find support among colleagues from various mental health disciplines, including psychiatrists and psychologists, who share a unified goal of enhancing patient care through collaborative treatment plans. Our clinic employs advanced telehealth tools to ensure effective communication and service delivery to our clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and community resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and actionable interventions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care, participating in regular case reviews and treatment team meetings.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing safety plans as needed to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation courses, and support groups to foster community and provide shared learning experiences among clients.

You will support a diverse patient population, spanning various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, facing challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role is critical in helping individuals navigate their personal struggles, enabling them to achieve optimal mental health and resilience. The ability to connect with clients and understand their unique situations will be crucial to delivering effective, empathetic care.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• An established track record with a minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient environment.
