Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health history, strengths, and needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals tailored to each client's unique journey.

• Maintain collaborative communication with other professionals to ensure a unified approach to client care, facilitating seamless referrals and shared resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
