Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services primarily through video consultations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong advocacy for client welfare.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked and contribution level. In addition to a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Furthermore, we minimize administrative burden by handling paperwork and ensuring that you can focus on clinical care.
