Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, ensuring accessibility for varied schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients—including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups—to establish effective therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific needs.

• Initiate care triage processes following the assessment to ensure appropriate treatment pathways are adopted for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and participation in patient rounds, discussing treatment plans and progress with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes.

• Utilize knowledge of the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across all age groups to deliver competent and sensitive care.

• Manage assigned cases through consultation and collaboration with community partners, hospitals, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation in compliance with departmental expectations and standards.

• Integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other evidence-based modalities to support patients in achieving their personalized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Therapists will engage with clients in an outpatient telehealth environment, focusing on building rapport and trust while empowering them on their journey towards well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are highly preferred.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 therapy sessions per week to accommodate client demand.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 70,000 and going up to USD 100,000 annually, depending on your credentials and experience level.
