Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, provide diagnoses to establish an individual's mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing culturally competent approaches that address each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and other relevant clinical tools for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress continuously, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical information, and correspondence in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote alignment with desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and foster connections between patients and external treatment providers to optimize the continuum of care.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to interns and less experienced staff within the team.

• Assist in peer evaluations and clinical collaboration efforts under the guidance of a clinical supervisor to cultivate team professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
