Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough and empathetic assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying underlying issues, and determining appropriate interventions.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, cultural background, and preferences.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to each client's goals.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity in treatment.

• Documenting all interactions and treatment plans meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and facilitate effective care coordination.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
