Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing well-being, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to fit their specific needs.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques designed to promote emotional balance and self-regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, enabling clients to connect with others and share their experiences.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment plan that encompasses mindfulness and other therapeutic modalities, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and individual treatment plans to monitor outcomes and facilitate continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
