Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gauge mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans using solutions-focused methods.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients in a hospice center setting, where you will address complex mental health issues among vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing grief, loss, and existential crises. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their mental health challenges while providing a comforting presence during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy in diverse settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
