Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients. This includes gathering detailed client histories and administering psychological assessments.

• Provide individualized counseling and support, utilizing evidence-based practices in both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Develop and oversee personalized service plans aimed at helping clients achieve their goals, ensuring all interventions align with best practices in mental health care.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, addressing barriers that impede their ability to seek help and secure needed services.

• Contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation, including collecting data for grant reporting and helping shape initiatives based on community needs.

• Engage collaboratively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and foster partnerships that benefit mental health initiatives.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training to improve professional skills and share insights on client best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work predominantly with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from children to seniors, encompassing diverse backgrounds and presenting unique circumstances that necessitate a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
