Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, developing accurate diagnoses that guide treatment decisions.

• Create individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals that align with each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including performing suicide risk assessments and facilitating emergency care when required.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for every client.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
