Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring holistic care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Conduct and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, equipping clients with skills and insights to enhance their coping strategies.
