This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while delivering care to your clients. As a licensed clinician, you will work independently but remain connected to a supportive team of professionals, including fellow social workers and psychiatric staff. The role includes regular engagement with clients via telehealth platforms, which allows for effective service delivery while accommodating client schedules. There may also be occasional requirements for evening or weekend work to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our patient population includes individuals undergoing significant life transitions such as relationship issues, divorce, and grief. You will play a key role in supporting clients by developing therapeutic alliances and fostering an environment in which they feel safe and empowered to address their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
