Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in order to identify their needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide effective crisis intervention and stabilization strategies during therapy sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case notes and documentation to support effective treatment tracking and compliance with regulations.

• Regularly monitor client progress, conducting follow-up assessments and modifying plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, addressing clients' needs beyond immediate therapeutic support.

• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to collaborative care strategies.

• Advocate for clients during legal proceedings as necessary, providing evidence-based observations and reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations affected by issues such as child abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and substance use. Your ability to build rapport with clients in distress will be essential, as you navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
