This position is 100% remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while meeting the needs of our clients. While you will conduct most of your sessions via telehealth platforms, we maintain a strong virtual team environment through regular meetings and collaborative discussions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and personal circumstances impacting their wellness.

• Provide individual therapy, family counseling sessions, and group therapy using established evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused interventions.
\n
• Develop and implement detailed, personalized treatment plans with measurable goals based on assessments to track progress over time.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school-based personnel, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, employing risk assessment and safety planning techniques to support clients during emergencies.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client interaction to comply with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance community understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client population consists of school-aged children and adolescents who may be struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will influence the lives of both the young clients you see directly as well as their families, empowering them with tools for better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is necessary.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
