Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans outlining specific goals and interventions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure synchronized and effective treatment pathways.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and engage in safety planning to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
