This position is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own environment while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, providing services that fit various age groups and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of clients, consistently tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients in need.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups that educate clients and families about mental health topics and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
