Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a client advocate by helping them access community resources, social services, and support systems designed to improve their overall well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, ensuring the safety and stability of clients, especially during high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, offering critical support for students facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on fostering resilience and encouraging positive psychological development through one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, and family involvement.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work, preferably in an outpatient or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
