Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students in a school setting, ensuring that each evaluation leads to a well-informed treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students ranging from elementary to high school, each with unique mental health needs and challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or social issues, your interventions will be tailored to empower students, help them succeed academically, and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
\n
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly in a school or community mental health setting.

• Strong competency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques relevant to a school environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and team members.

• A proven track record of effective problem-solving and critical thinking in clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in educational settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and 504 plans can be advantageous for providing comprehensive support to students with diverse needs. Additionally, proficiency with telehealth platforms will facilitate the delivery of services in a remote setting.
