Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers, to create and implement holistic treatment plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when needed and facilitate referrals to external agencies for clients who require additional support or resources.

• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining a strong emphasis on confidentiality.

• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, case consultations, and supervision meetings to enhance your clinical skills and improve the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Many of our clients experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will work to understand the unique social determinants influencing their well-being and guide them on their journey to recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for experience in outpatient settings.
