Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine each student's mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of the school-age population.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy as part of treatment protocols.

• Work closely with educators, school counselors, and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support educational goals and student well-being.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, offering immediate support during critical situations.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and complete documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards within timely deadlines.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups to equip students and families with coping strategies and resources for mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents, each facing distinct mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse group of students, including those experiencing anxiety, behavioral issues, and trauma, tailoring your approach to best meet their individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
