Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather relevant information from clients about their mental health issues, personal strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide personalized therapy in formats including individual, family, and group sessions, leveraging evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, outlining clear goals and interventions to facilitate recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and treatment.

• Manage crisis situations through de-escalation techniques and safety planning, ensuring that all clients feel supported and secure in their treatment journey.

• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, documenting clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
