Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new and existing clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate techniques.

• Set clear therapeutic objectives and monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulations in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, and pursuing relevant certifications to enhance therapeutic skills.

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Point Quest Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
