Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on thorough client assessments, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a preference for those holding a Master's or Doctoral degree.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, ideally within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the importance of offering a competitive salary, and as such, this role features an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, complemented by a generous signing bonus and an annual stock award.
