Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for our Licensed Professional Counselor while ensuring effective support and services for our clients. However, you may occasionally work in our outpatient office in Boulder for team meetings or client care events. In this supportive environment, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, utilizing both digital tools and live interactions to foster therapeutic relationships and ensure holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess each client's biopsychosocial needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their mental health and overall functionality.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adapting therapeutic methods to fit the clinical requirements of clients.

• Actively participate in program planning and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Serve as a primary or co-therapist in group therapy sessions designed to support psychiatric patients and provide a safe space for shared healing.

• Collect and document relevant clinical data in accordance with all regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Maintain adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Collaborate effectively with both outpatient and inpatient teams to manage triage evaluations and engage in crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, with a preference for settings related to primary care or medical environments.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
