Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Deliver engaging one-on-one counseling sessions, providing therapeutic support for a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication strategies, and resolve family conflicts.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
