Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnostic assessments to guide treatment strategies for clients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with community organizations and agencies, including schools and law enforcement, to coordinate holistic care and support.

• Participate actively in group and individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and case management skills.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client progress and maintain compliance with the Oregon Health Authority's enrollment and discharge requirements.

• Provide education and training on behavioral health and addiction issues to clients and relevant community stakeholders.

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement plans to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at trainings, conferences, and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves an adult population facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, providing them with personalized support and therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), a Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Additionally, candidates must meet the licensure requirements to practice in the states of Oregon or Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in outpatient care and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable. A background in working collaboratively with community agencies will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
