Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in mutual trust and respect while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and responsive to each client's evolving needs.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes that meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with electronic health records systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools such as Microsoft Outlook and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Benefits include a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates—ensuring you are compensated ahead of collections, thus minimizing financial insecurity.
