Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, needs, and resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and outline specific interventions, adapting as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and ensure the best client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including safety planning, to support clients in acute distress or high-risk situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to build skills and foster community among clients.

• Maintain high-quality documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work will primarily support individuals experiencing mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
