Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to collect comprehensive information regarding clients’ mental health histories, concerns, strengths, and support systems, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to guide your therapeutic interventions.

• Adapt and implement individualized treatment plans collaboratively created with clients, with clearly defined goals and specific therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mental health stability.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, thereby improving treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate and moderate various therapy formats, including individual, family, and group sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to share and grow.

• Provide crisis intervention support, risk assessments, and safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating strategic problem-solving skills in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical, legal standards, and organizational policies.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and peer support groups, enhancing community engagement and client understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
