Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, draw upon their personal strengths, and identify available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting client-centered goals that reflect individuals' unique circumstances and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies when necessary, ensuring that safety assessments and response plans are put in place for clients in distress.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records reflect the therapies and interventions provided.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared understanding among clients.

Your client base will consist of diverse individuals ranging from children to seniors, each facing their unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
