This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide critical mental health services to individuals and families. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, defining specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and address immediate mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, supporting quality assurance.

• Conduct group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and deep understanding of mental health.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

This position offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
