Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, following all required protocols to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize a billing service to effectively manage claims, client and insurance receivables, benefit verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on client care.

• Schedule appointments and manage an up-to-date calendar of client engagements, ensuring optimal availability for existing and new clients.

• Adapt your therapeutic techniques to effectively address a wide range of clinical presentations and symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on hospice clients who may be facing significant emotional challenges as they navigate end-of-life issues. This position requires a sensitive and compassionate approach to therapy, as you will be assisting clients and their families in coping with grief, loss, and the psychological implications of terminal illness. Your work will directly influence client and family coping mechanisms, enhancing their overall emotional well-being during difficult times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
