Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate personalized goals and effective interventions.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and integrated care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and learning among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans as needed.

• Document all interactions and treatment processes accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
