Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaboratively create and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to necessary services, including therapy, medication management, and support groups.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to align with individual goals and needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on clinical experience to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing support during moments of acute distress.

• Complete timely documentation and reporting, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve clients who are undergoing detoxification and may experience concurrent mental health disorders. This requires a deep understanding of the complexities involved in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders, as well as the ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to foster both psychological and emotional healing. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
