This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility for our LCSW to manage their schedule while ensuring high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individualized therapy sessions, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or solution-focused strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress measures for each client.
\n
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and wellbeing in urgent situations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote mental health awareness and support within the community.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
