Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5 to evaluate their current status and treatment efficacy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, taking into account cultural diversity and specific challenges related to their cancer diagnoses.

• Regularly monitor patient progress through evidence-based practices, applying therapeutic interventions that support emotional and psychological well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient records, treatment outcomes, and clinical reports in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
