Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health and social needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family counseling, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress toward established treatment goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to create cohesive care strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and therapy progress using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Stay informed on the latest research, clinical best practices, and community resources to enhance service delivery and improve client care.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base battling mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as those navigating life challenges like relationship dynamics, grief, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
