Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses, applying appropriate diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to form an individualized care plan.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to continually assess progress, providing interventions aimed at symptom mitigation and enhanced patient coping strategies.

• Prepare, maintain, and ensure the timely and accurate documentation of all treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity, special needs, and specific goals, engaging family members as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and treatment providers, facilitating referrals and establishing relationships with other clinical and support professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in the education and mentoring of students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to professional development and cultivating a knowledgeable team.

• Engage in clinical peer reviews and coaching sessions under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, enriching team collaboration and development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
