Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and leverage their strengths and resources for treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include personalized goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community connections and shared healing experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
